基礎二級(S.O.I. Basic 2):
1. 推刃及滑行(Push and Glide Stroking)
2. 雪梨剎車準備動作(Preparation for Snowplow Stop)
3. 雙腳蹲滑 (Dip)
4. 前滑葫蘆型(Forward Swizzle)重覆動作三次
5. 單腳直立式前進滑行(One Foot Glide-金雞獨立)
6. 行進間雙腳跳躍 (Two Foot Jump while moving)
a) 前進弓箭步左轉彎 (Two Foot Bow Step turn to the Left)
b) 前進弓箭步右轉彎 (Two Foot Bow Step turn to Right)
7. 前滑扭動蛇行 (Forward Wiggle)
8. 前滑蛇型 (Forward Serpentine)
9. 後滑葫蘆型 (Backward Swizzle)
基礎三級(S.O.I. Basic 3):
1. 前進滑行推刃(Forward Push and Stroking)
2. T 字站立推刃 (T-Position and Push, Right & left)
3. 後滑葫蘆型 (Backward Swizzle)
4. 單腳直立式後滑推刃 One Foot Backward Glide
5. 單腳或雙腳雪梨刹車(One Foot or Two Foot Snowplow Stop)
6. 後滑扭動蛇行 (Backward Wiggle)
7. 後滑蛇型 (Backward Serpentine)
a) 左前弓步推刃(逆時針) Left Forward Bow Step Push & Stroking
b) 右前弓步推刃(順時針) Right Forward Bow Step Push & Stroking
基礎四級(S.O.I. Basic 4):
1. 雙腳前進滑行(Two Foot Glide) (推進三個步伐,滑行距離至少須為滑冰者身高)
a) 前滑單腳滑行(One Foot Glide)
b) 前滑單腳推刃單腳弓步推刃滑行 Forward One Foot Stroking
2. 前滑葫蘆型(Forward Swizzle)重覆動作三次
3. 後滑葫蘆型 (Backward Swizzle)
4. 後滑扭動蛇行 (Backward Wiggle)
5. 後滑蛇型 (Backward Serpentine)
a) 左前弓步推刃(逆時針) Left Forward Bow Step Push & Stroking
b) 右前弓步推刃(順時針) Right Forward Bow Step Push & Stroking
6. 前進剪冰練習側面交叉走步保持前進剪冰Cross Over Walk (兩個方向來回走步練習)
基礎五級(S.O.I. Basic 5):
1. 前進滑行推刃(Forward Push and Stroking)
2. 左前進剪冰(逆時針方向) Left Forward Cross Over
3. 右前進剪冰(順時針方向) Right Forward Cross Over (反方向要領相同)
4. 單腳雪梨刹車(One-Foot Snowplow Stop)
5. 右後退弓步推刃(逆時針) Right Backward Arrow Step Stroking
6. 左後退弓步推刃(順時針) Left Backward Arrow Step Stroking
7. 後退剪冰練習:側面交叉走步 (保持後退剪冰姿勢) Cross Over Walk(兩個方向來回走步練習)
基礎六級(S.O.I. Basic 6):
1. 後滑推刃 (Backward Stroking)
2. 左後退弓步推刃(順時針) Left Backward Arrow Step Stroking
3. 右後退弓步推刃(逆時針) Right Backward Arrow Step Stroking
4. 左後退剪冰(順時針方向) Left Backward Cross Over
5. 右後退剪冰(逆時針方向) Right Backward Cross Over(反方向要領相同)
6. 左前滑外刃轉三推冰(三拍練習),右後滑外刃轉三推冰(三拍練習)

基礎七級(S.O.I. Basic 7):
1. 左腳前進外刃轉三 (Forward Outside Three Turn – Left)
2. 右腳前進外刃轉三 (Forward Outside Three Turn – Right)
3. 右腳前滑內刃開腿式摩和克 7 步組合 (左前外刃單腳滑出後結束)

4. 左腳前滑內刃開腿式摩和克 7 步組合 (右前外刃單腳滑出後結束)

2. 右腳前進內刃轉三 (Forward Inside Three Turn – Right)
3. 左腳前進內刃轉三 (Forward Inside Three Turn – Left) (要領和相反方向者相同)
4. 右前滑內刃轉三推冰(三拍練習),左後滑內刃轉三推冰(三拍練習) Right Forward Inside 3 Turn to Left Backward Inside 3 Turn Stroking Exercise)
5. 左前滑內刃轉三推冰(三拍練習),右後滑內刃轉三推冰(三拍練習) Left Forward Inside 3 Turn to Right Backward Inside 3 Turn Stroking Exercise)
6. 單腳蹲滑 (Shoot-the-Duck) 或 拖刀 (Lunge)
7. 兔跳 (Bunny Hop)
8. 後退雪梨剎車(Backward Snowplow Stop)
9. 前滑阿爾卑式(平刃/外刃/內刃,可以任一腳為自由足) Forward Arabesques
10. 雙腳旋轉 (至少三圈) Two-Foot Spin
